At Baby Star, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached in their original packaging.

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our website portal to receive a Return Authorization Number and a shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items and include your original invoice, then drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
